NEW Hand Crochet Sparkly Star Motif Flapper Cloche Hat. Designed and hand crocheted by me with sparkly yarn. Motif is incorporated into hat, not pinned or sewn on, so will not flop around but lay flat and sleek against head/cheek. Open design of hat difficult to measure accurately but should fit approx. 20-22" head size, measures; approx. 7-8" long.
