Boutique Rose Adorned Navy Flapper Hat Cloche Cap OOAK, hat is navy blue soft cosy polyester. Adornments made and added by me; pink ribbon rose on a background of white eyelet, ribbon and with a blue flowered bow trim. This is a one of a kind, will not be another offered exactly the same. So soft, ideal for Chemo cap as well. Cuff brim hat measures approx. 7" long, will loosely fit 21-24" head size (depending on how loose or snug you'd like it).
